Hi,


I was going through my ‘doggie’ paperwork tonight and found my old border collie’s pedigree. He was my first ever dog and I got him from Miss Bateman in Witnesham, Suffolk. He was born on 21st January 1991 and sadly died on 9th September 2005. I named him Jack, but his pedigree name was Forestglade Xero R02.


 I noticed that his grandparents were Woodland Geoff in Passim, Woodland Fleece at Passim, Passims Tweed in Forestglade and Passims Mighty Mo in Forestglade. His great grandparents included Passims Casanova, Muffet at Passim, Jack Flash at Passim and Cotsbelle Kirsty at Passims.


I was thrilled to see your old photos of some of his ancestors as he was a very special dog and I still miss him to this day.


I now have two other border collies called Harvey and Ben and a chocolate Labrador called Charlie.


I wanted to tell you that Jack had the most wonderful temperament, was loyal beyond belief and I couldn’t have asked for a better companion.

Visitor Comments: I'm so glad to have found your website, I visit it several times a day at the moment, it has given me great comfort to see your dogs since the recent death of my 15 year old collie Hettie, who died 3 weeks ago quite suddenly from a stroke. Your sentiments about your Frankie are exactly how I feel, I too thought Hettie would be with me forever, she was so fit for her age and greatly missed.

but it was worth it. Along the way we spoke with many people but you stood out from the
crowd. Your advice and guidance was reassuring and made the decision to wait for a puppy
from you so easy. We felt comforatble and confident that we were dealing with a very caring
breeder and that we would have a very healthy and happy Border Collie. It's lovely that we
keep in touch and that you are always there if we need reassurance or help, and I hope that
you enjoy the very regular updates and pictures.
