Visitor Comments: I've been hanging around the Theta Chi house for almost 2 years now. I have had MANY experiences, and both my boyfriend and friends that are fraternity brothers tease me because "Walter" (that's the name the main spirit answers to) always seems to pick on me out of everyone else. I have talked to the brothers and many of the Alumni and no one has said anything about evil red eyes. but ghostly footsteps with no one there, motion sensor lights going on for no reason, water running with no one home, objects being moved, doors opening and closing themselves, etc. are all very common. any other questions, email me sg_mj@yahoo.com

| Visitor Comments: Pretty much nothing in your Guilford College entry is correct. Mary Hobbs, a 19th and 20th century feminist Quaker activist lived into old age - Hobbs was, in fact, her married name. The third floor of that building was destroyed in a fire started by a student in the 1970's and no, nobody died as a result. Everyone who knows anything about the school knows this. That story you're spouting off isn't even a rumor. I can't imagine anyone stupid enough to try to pass that off as truth. |

We live in Anthony, KS and we have spirits in our house,, hubby says he hears footsteps at night like someone running back and forth in the living room,, we have got a few pics of the spirits while taking pics of the kids and what not, my hubby has been nudged on the lower back while standing in a certain place in the garage,, when we first moved here bout 9 yrs ago i would go in the bathroom to take a shower to let the hot water go on my lower back ( i was pregnant with our daughter) and the figure of a shadow would go in every morn 1-2 never fail and look in on me then leave the bathroom,, hubby has told he saw one of the dogs we had and died on the back porch walking in the kitchen,, also he has smelled whiskey real strong as if someone has taken a drink and blown in your face,, he saw a woman in a floral dress walking in our garden when we first moved here,, we also have an incubus and a subucus spirit here,, they bother both him and me at night,, once every 3-6 months,, i didnt used to believe in ghosts or spsirits or anything dealing with paranormal but since we've moved here and i've exdperienced it first hand i believe now. |
