| Visitor Comments: I am 31 years old and started making cakes freehand. I have been making them since my teens. With no formal training I get asked all the time to make cakes for everyone and now I have to make wedding cakes for my sister this weekend. A lot of what you will learn will be trial and error. The internet gives you a load of information that you will need to make this a success. Good luck and keep going.

And I also have a question for you - my sister and I are going to put out some flyers to do birthday parties - I love kid parties and I am pretty good at it. So the question is - if we get some bookings that want us to supply the cake, etc. would you be interested in the orders?
