Visitor Comments:    this is an eye popping site and it was really helpful to me.. my mother lori hulsey and grandmother lived in gibson county in buckskin almost their whole lifes and here i am 16 years old and i am haning out and staying in oakland city myself. it was a real blessing finding a website that told me so much about the place i love and live. |

| Visitor Comments: My family, William Sample was in the Indiana Territory. Lived in Posey Co. died there 1816. I was reading that land records from that area would be in Gibson Co. I haven't found anything in Posey. In William's will he left his land to his son John. I would like to find out if there is a chance his land would be recorded there. I would like a competent researcher of land records. Any suggestions? Sue |

| Visitor Comments: Looking for Curry Family in Gibson Co. I noticed in the 1850 Census that there were many people from the state (Ia). Does that mean Indiana or Iowa? I thought the Curry Family was mostly from Indiana. Does anyone know? |
