If you're a Blues Revue subscriber, you recently received their great CD Sampler in the latest issue (Dec/Jan).

Not only does the CD feature new, Grammy-nominated material by Robert Cray and Ike Turner, but also includes a track from Hard Bargain, Jon Tiven's "Birthday Blues".

Even the late Billy Preston appears on this CD!

Be sure to give a listen if you can....

Oh, and Hard Bargain will appear this Fri. 12/15 at 9pm at Kenny's Castaways! (www.thebassguy.com/flyer) You're Invited!

Visitor Comments: Getting Luther Kent to come back and perform for the New Jersey/New York crowd was fanatastic. Jerry Vivino and Nikki Armstrong were also great. Dave Keyes and Ed Alstrom were exceptional on keyboards. Thanks to Bob, Rich and the entire NYB&JS and the Twp.of Montville for this great show. Also to Rob Paparozzi and Bernard Purdie for stepping in.
I recommend for all members and non-members to go to next year's show.
