| Visitor Comments: I have just found that my GGGG Grandmother Mary had the maiden name Hartford. Her father was George Hartford. The 1850 census for Hamilton Co Ohio lists her as being born in Pennsylvania. I know her first husband was Samuel Israel with whom she had four children my GGG grandmother Eliza was the first born in 1814. She and Samuel had three more children Hannah, Mary, and William all born Philadelphia PA. For some reason she left Samuel, Before his death (Divorce???), Then for some reason she winds up in Cincinnati with the four children and is married to an Abraham Murray, he, applied for guardianship of her four children. Then at the age of 43 she has another child Samuel H. Murray. She died in Columbus Ohio and is burried in Greenlawn Cemetery. |

| Visitor Comments: A most interesting site. I descend from a Fifield Hartford and Hannah Hartford (cousins) married in New Hampshire in 1817 came to Ontario Canada about 1818. The Fifield name seems to repeat itself in many generations and I am still trying to figure out where it comes from. |

| Visitor Comments: Hi i found this looking for my family. Since I am about to graduate high school I wanted to find out more about my family. And hopefully some of the people mentioned on your website was part of my family. My father, Donald E. Hartford Jr., had a family tree done and it was the Seavy Clan. So if you have ANY information related to that also, i would really appriciate it if you would contact me.
